Immigration Fees
When we take your instructions we will estimate how long your application may take to prepare and submit. We cannot however guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application.
Timings:
It is very difficult if not impossible for us to guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application. Some general guidance as to Home Office processing times can be found at the following link:
https://www.gov.uk/guidance/visa-processing-times-applications-outside-the-uk
As long as you have provided us with all the evidence and information required, we will usually be able to submit your application within 4 weeks of our instructions. You will appreciate that this can take longer if we are waiting for additional documents or if there is a particular aspect of your case that requires more time.
We will endeavour to keep you updated as to the hours and fees on your particular case as each case is different and these may vary. Depending on the application, our preparation time may be greater, such as Tier 1 applications which require significantly more time before an application is submitted.
Remember, the costs quoted here do not include any Home Office fees for making the application and any disbursements that may be required e.g. interpreter fees, medical and other expert reports.
All fees below exclude Vat at 20%.

Family Law Fees
At Quinn Noble Solicitors, we are delighted to offer a range of low cost and fixed priced services.
Our charges are not just based on the time we spend on your case, we also take into account the complexity, urgency and the value that it will provide you. We will provide you with a variety of funding options and tailored fee packages depending on your case and this will be discussed with you before any work commences.
Initial Meeting
We provide all our clients with 30 minutes of free legal advice. Unlike most solicitors, we do not charge you for the consultation. The initial meeting can take place at our offices or via an online platform such as Skype, FaceTime and Microsoft Teams.
Fixed Fees
Further to the Initial Meeting, we may be able to enter into a Fixed Fee price for specific work. This will generally be the case in straightforward matters such as uncontested divorces. Fixed Fees are also generally available if you require advocacy and representation at a hearing.
Interest-Free Payment Plans
Where possible, we always try and offer clients an interest-free payment plan for fixed-fee work. We understand that it is not always practical for everyone to pay upfront and as such we provide you with the flexibility of spreading your payments for fixed-fee work over a period of time. Each case will be assessed on its own merits
Alternative Funding
We can also offer a variety of other funding options. Should you decide to instruct us, we will assess your matter and discuss any other payment options that may be suitable for you.
